Terms of Service

Last updated: July 3, 2026

These terms govern your use of Blip, a private feed for small friend groups. By creating an account or using the app, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use Blip.

Who can use Blip

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required in your country) to use Blip. By using it, you confirm you meet this requirement. Blip is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly allow them to create accounts.

Your account

You sign in with Apple or Google. You're responsible for the activity on your account and for keeping access to your sign-in method secure. You can set a display name, handle, and avatar; keep them free of content that impersonates others or violates these terms.

Your content

You keep ownership of the moments, comments, media, and other content you create. By posting, you grant Blip the limited licence needed to store, process, and display that content to the members of the groups you share it with, and to operate the service (for example, generating link previews or resizing images). We don't sell your content or use it to show you ads.

Acceptable use

Blip is for sharing kindly with people you know. You agree not to:

We may remove content or suspend accounts that break these rules or put other people at risk.

Reporting and moderation

You can report a moment for review. We review reports and may remove content or disable accounts at our discretion to keep the community safe. Decisions are operational and made with limited context; contact us if you believe we got something wrong.

Ending your use

You can delete your account at any time from the app (Settings → Account). When you do, we anonymize and remove your personal information as described in our Privacy Policy. We may also suspend or end your access if you seriously or repeatedly break these terms.

Service “as is”

Blip is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind. We don't guarantee the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that content will always be preserved. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Blip is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we'll revise the “Last updated” date above, and for significant changes we'll provide a more prominent notice. Continuing to use Blip after a change means you accept the updated terms.
